Common questions about holistic therapy, what to expect, and how sessions work at Kosmothera.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is holistic therapy?
Holistic therapy addresses the whole person — body, energy field, emotions, mind, and spiritual dimension — rather than focusing on a single symptom or diagnosis. At Kosmothera, this means working across multiple modalities depending on what each person needs, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Kosmothera offers both. Some modalities (PACE, Family Constellation, Trauma/Phobia therapy, Meridian therapy) are therapeutic in nature. Energetic Holistic Coaching is a coaching process. Many people benefit from a combination. Yasemin will help clarify which approach is most appropriate for your situation in the first session.
Do I need to believe in energy work for it to work?
No. Scepticism is welcome. What matters is your genuine willingness to explore. The methods used at Kosmothera have real, observable effects — you don't need to adopt a particular belief system for the work to be useful.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends entirely on what you bring. Some people experience significant shift in a single session. Others work over months. A general guide: specific phobias or defined traumas often respond quickly (2–6 sessions); deeper systemic or life-direction work usually benefits from more sustained engagement. After the first session, Yasemin will offer a clearer sense of what's involved.
Can I have sessions online?
Yes. Sessions are available in person in Antibes, France, or online via video call. Most modalities work well remotely — the energy field is not limited by physical distance.
What language are sessions in?
Sessions are available in French, English, and Turkish.
Who is holistic therapy for?
Adults navigating any of the following may benefit: stress, anxiety, trauma, recurring relationship patterns, family dynamics, life transitions, identity questions, creative blocks, learning difficulties, unexplained physical symptoms, grief, or a sense of being stuck. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit from this work — many people come simply because they want to live more freely and fully.
Is Family Constellation Therapy suitable for everyone?
Family Constellation work is powerful and generally safe. It is approached gradually and gently at Kosmothera. It may not be appropriate during acute psychiatric crisis. If you have concerns about your suitability, please reach out before booking and Yasemin will advise.
What is PACE and can anyone do it?
PACE (Positive Active Clear Energy) is a simple 8–10 minute daily movement protocol that regulates the nervous system and integrates the brain hemispheres. It involves gentle movements and breathing — no special fitness is required. Yasemin teaches PACE to clients and recommends it as a daily practice for everyone.
How do I book a session?
