PACE | Centering and Energy Balancing Practice

PACE (Positive Active Clear Energy) is a short daily centering practice that helps regulate the nervous system, bring the brain into better coordination, and restore balance in the body’s energy system. Practiced regularly, it supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and prepares the body and mind for learning, therapy, and everyday life.

PACE | Centering & Energy Balancing Practice

PACE (Positive Active Clear Energy) is a short daily centering practice that helps the body, mind, and energy system come into alignment.

When a person is in PACE, the nervous system settles, the brain hemispheres work in coordination, and perception becomes clearer. From this state, learning, therapeutic work, and decision making become significantly easier.

PACE was originally developed within the field of Educational Kinesiology and Brain Gym by Dr. Paul and Gail Dennison as a preparation protocol for learning and brain integration.

In holistic therapy approaches such as those developed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, this type of centering process is considered essential. When the nervous system and the energy body are regulated, deeper therapeutic processes can unfold more effectively.

Why PACE is Important

Many people try to work on emotional or psychological issues while their nervous system remains in a defensive state.

When the system is stressed or dysregulated:

perception narrows
learning becomes difficult
the body cannot give accurate feedback
therapeutic work remains limited

PACE helps shift the system into a state of regulation and openness.

When a person is in PACE:

the nervous system begins to regulate
the two brain hemispheres communicate more effectively
focus and perception become clearer
the body can provide more reliable responses in kinesiology based work

For this reason, PACE often forms the starting point of my sessions.

PACE and the 5 Body Model

According to the integrative model developed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, the human system functions through several interconnected layers:

physical body
energy body
subconscious emotional field
mental intuitive field
spiritual dimension

PACE primarily regulates the physical and energy layers while also calming the subconscious emotional field.

When these layers become aligned, therapeutic work can move more naturally through the whole system.

PACE in Daily Life

PACE is not only useful within therapy sessions. It can also be practiced daily to support:

stress regulation
mental clarity
learning capacity
emotional balance

Regular practice helps the body remain centered and responsive even in demanding situations.

Within my work at Kosmothera, PACE is used both as a preparation tool in sessions and as a simple daily practice that individuals can integrate into their lives.

PACE trainings are offered online and in person.
